Grand Oaks is a beautiful Assisted Living community nestled in the tree-lined streets of Northwest Washington, D.C. on the campus of Sibley Memorial Hospital. The building is a Georgian style residence with spacious apartments and variety of services to help every resident from independent living through memory care for those living with memory disorders and Alzheimer's disease.  Grand Oaks offers its employees a competitive compensation package including health, dental, vision, paid leave, free on-site parking and much more.   


The Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. A summary of responsibilities include but not limited to administration of medications, documentation of medication administration, and resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Grand Oaks and promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our patients.


Minimum Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate/GED required Current District of Columbia LPN license.


24 hours per week


Shift: 7  - 7


Work Locattion: Washington, DC
