  • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
    • Originates and leads human resources initiatives that support achievement of facility and system goals and objectives. Partners with senior management to develop organizational strategies; provides leadership on human resources issues. Translates strategic and tactical business plans into practical and effective human resource plans.

      The Human Resources Director at Lebanon Community Hospital reports to the hospital CEO and the system HR Vice President.  Acts as an advisor to management as well as being responsible for employee relations and compliance.

      The ideal candidate will possess good listening and communication skills as well as being an analytical and creative thinker.
       

  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Associate's degree with significant experience required.
    • Three (3) years progressive experience in the field of Human Resources required.
    • Certificate in Human Resources Management preferred.
    • Healthcare experience required.
    • Labor relations experience preferred.
