Bessemer Trust, a leading multi-family office, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to enhance the overall brand by positioning and promoting the firm's expertise, capabilities, and services across digital channels, as well as drive efforts to enhance the firm's overall digital client experience.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be a member of the Bessemer Trust Marketing Department, which is responsible for delivering the Bessemer Trust brand to existing and prospective clients. As one of the largest privately owned wealth management firms in the United States, Bessemer Trust oversees $91 billion in assets for over 2,200 wealthy families and individuals.
This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing and is located in New York.
Leverages digital technology, design, and client experience skills paired with deep knowledge of UHNW clients and industry trends to develop and execute Bessemer Trust's digital marketing strategy and supporting tactics. Applies practical marketing experience with standard web development protocols, content management platforms, mobile applications/devices, and digital communications to provide the following to the firm:
Public and Social Media Channel Development:
Work closely with Head of Digital Marketing, Bessemer Trust IT professionals, and select, external providers to deliver Bessemer Trust's digital experience vis a vis the firm's web sites (public, client, and external advisor (COI) sites), ensuring a seamless experience across digital and non-digital environments for our clients, prospects, and COIs.
Lead team to deliver a new public website. Evaluate, design, recommend, acquire, and implement user experience design, information architecture, web services, and the underlying business process maps. Partner with IT to select complementary enterprise content management system. Act as overall team leader to ensure on time, on-strategy, and on-budget delivery.
Position and promote Bessemer Trust on key social media channels as appropriate, developing and executing a publishing protocol, supporting advisor engagement, and partnering with PR to oversee listening and response as needed.
Actively engage with business partners to evaluate and leverage content pipeline for digital delivery via firm websites and social outlets.
Oversee daily management of social channel presence including publishing, listening, and engagement involving content customization, graphics, messaging, and follower interaction.
Lead measurement across digital channels by designing, building, and implementing the firm's metrics story with the goal of leveraging measurement to enhance marketing efforts over time. Determine appropriate metrics using analytics tools such as Qlick, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Platform Specific Reporting suites to create measurement reports for all digital channels and deliverables by business audience. Build and maintain campaign-specific and ongoing quality assurance monitoring. Leverage measurement to enhance marketing efforts over time.
Oversee intranet community management to ensure employee communication, engagement, and functionality.
Oversee Digital Marketing Associate tasked with facilitating a community of 20-plus departmental publishers to ensure timely and accurate content while enhancing publishing practices
Partner with IT and platform partners to identify, prioritize, and implement ongoing functionality and process enhancements
Build, develop, and support reporting to senior stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on metrics
Maintain and enhance training and learning materials including guides, videos, taxonomies etc.
Work with Digital Marketing Associate to curate homepage content and graphics, as well as support broader Marketing Team to ensure up-to-date content and communications.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of platform and deliver prioritized site enhancements.
Working closely with Digital Marketing Associates and a Production Manager oversee the production of digital assets such as landing pages, graphics, email templates, videos etc. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery of digital assets with traditional assets to ensure consistency across channels. The ideal candidate should be able to back up the Digital Production Associates when the need arises to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
Digital Client Communications:
Partners closely with IT to design, implement, and deliver new marketing functionality and client experience enhancements related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, event management tools, and metrics platforms. Acts as overall team leader on marketing automation enhancement initiatives.
Oversees development and delivery of digital client communications via SalesForce Marketing Cloud, as well as communications to advisors regarding client communication availability, distribution, and process enhancements.
Overall communications, advocacy, and training across digital efforts:
Oversees development and delivery of ongoing communications and training related to best-practice communications, enhancements, or for new hires to the firm.
Marketing Team and Business Partner Relationship Management:
Develops excellent, effective working relationships with all members of the Marketing Department, key business partners -- including IT, Corporate Planning, and Legal/Compliance -- and a range of external agencies and providers supporting marketing.
Contributes to the overall marketing team, including participating in strategic planning discussions and the creation of an annual marketing plan.

7-10 years or more of financial services marketing experience either in an in-house, agency, or consulting environment. Experience at a private wealth management company or family office is preferred
Five-to-ten years of digital marketing experience in a financial-related and/or intermediated sales field.
