As a Sales Systems Analyst within Sales Operations, you will be responsible for managing System Tasks, Initiatives, and Projects that support Workdays Go To Market and Sales Execution Strategy. In this role, you will act as the conduit between Sales Leadership and IT/IS (Information Systems) to ensure systems projects and initiatives are executed at high quality and on time.
In collaboration with other members of the Sales Systems and Sales Operations Management, you will work with a variety of functions within Sales from Core Sales Operations, Field Sales (Account Executives) and Field Sales Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy and Analytics, Sales Development, Value Management, as well a cross functionality with Marketing and the Services organizations.
In this position, you will take a proactive and leading role in executing the following responsibilities:
Support the roadmap of Projects and System Initiatives that align with Sales Strategy and business needs.
Coordinate prioritization discussions with Sales Operations, Sales Management, and Information Systems.
Gather and document formal Business Requirements.
Act as a project analyst or project manager for system enhancements, software evaluations, and implementations in junction with IS.
Subject Matter expert on the end to end operating model from Opportunity to Quote to Contracts.
Act as the lead analyst for all new product additions, pricing changes, and promotions/programs.
Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing and Develop Training Materials for new systems or processes.
Deliver Reporting and Analytics related to day to day operations, system effectiveness, ROI, and usage.
Assist with Onboarding Activities for New Hires within Sales departments and functions.
Support Data Quality enhancements and initiatives
Support Sales through day-to-day troubleshooting of Sales Systems related issues and own those issues through to complete resolution.
Support Sales Operations with day-to-day transactions, processes, and organizational changes.
Take ownership of various Sales systems functions such as Forecasting or Hierarchy management.
Execute Data Management or Record Management Tasks that may be cumbersome and time consuming
In this role, you will work with many of the below applications to enhance, optimize, and expand the Sales Systems portfolio:

Sales Enablement Applications such as LinkedIn, InsideSales, and a variety of others currently in use or desired.
Sales Analytics and Content Applications from Tableau, Seismic, and custom Salesforce functions.

-Prior experience as a Systems Analyst in a High-Technology or High-Growth environment or organization.
-Prior experience working directly with Sales, Sales Operations, or Field Sales Leaders is a must.
-3+ years of experience leveraging (please use the apply button below).
-3+ years of experience with Sales Enablement or Sales Effectiveness Tools and Applications.
-Experience with CPQ or complicated pricing methodologies or applications preferred.
-A proven track record leading small to medium sized projects and initiatives from requirements to go-live.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in varying size and scope simultaneously.
-Experience on a large scale systems project or initiative a plus but not required.
-Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, advanced a plus.
-Experience with (please use the apply button below) Reports, Dashboards, and Sales Forecasting a plus.
-Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams focused on Enterprise B2B markets a plus.
-Experience with data loaders, API tools, or system administrator experience a plus.
