Job Description

The Production Readiness team is growing and we are seeking a dynamic professional to become our strategic customer liaison for research, troubleshooting, and mitigation of performance issues around customer deployments.

We want your expertise and fresh thinking on the Production Readiness Team!

You will ensure high performance by leading cross-team collaboration and setting up process checkpoints to review operations requirements and influence rollout strategy.

Drive and improve methodologies to resolve performance inefficiencies.

You will chair roundtables and workgroups while managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Partner in providing 24x7 global coverage, best in class Service and Support!

If you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer support, product support, or consulting with a special focus in ERP (SaaS preferred)
  • Functional experience with the following areas is a plus:
    • Payroll
    • Time Tracking
    • Financials
    • Recruiting
    • HCM
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • An outstanding customer service record
  • BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Strong planning and organizational skills (project management experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
