The Digital Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating content that will support the (please use the apply button below) website, social media channels, email marketing and more. The incumbent will create content that tells the Associated Bank brand story and explains our products and services to consumers and businesses while increasing conversions of integrated marketing campaigns. This role will work across all digital platforms including Associated (please use the apply button below), email campaigns, landing pages, key web pages and microsites, social media, internal and external digital advertising, and tracking analytics for the web and related digital media channels.
Key Impact Areas:
Driving Awareness: Increase visibility and awareness of Associated Bank by creating effective content for the (please use the apply button below) website and employing effective search engine optimization techniques.
Foster Consideration and Purchase Intent: Create, test, and implement marketing content across digital media platforms, including (please use the apply button below), email, pay-per-click and social media that builds engagement and drives business results on company social media pages.
General Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnt meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associateds anonymous Ethics Hotline.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Workflow & Efficiency Analysis
Creates persuasive content for websites, email campaigns, newsletters, infographics, social media posts and other marketing content items.
Manages the successful execution of assigned initiatives, through project planning, coordination of partnerships, project management against defined key milestones, communications between all stakeholders.
Supports digital and social media marketing activities in the daily execution of marketing programs, communications tools, direct marketing initiatives, and other go-to-market strategies.
Ensure channel message integrity for all groups and product categories supported, ensuring continuity of message and focus across both digital and traditional channels.
Effectively manages internal and external partnerships.
Works with marketing management to develop and manage focused digital and social media marketing support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in writing promotional copy for digital marketing.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience marketing, communications or related field Required
Bachelor's Degree marketing, communications or related field Preferred
2-4 years work experience with a significant component of writing for the web
2-4 years work experience with SEO and/or PPC
2-4 years of broad digital marketing experience with specific knowledge of the core disciplines of digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, SEM and PPC and content marketing Required
Advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint, web analytic solutions (Adobe and Google Analytics), email marketing solutions and social media solutions skills Required.
2-4 years financial services marketing or experience, either within a mid-tier financial services company or equivalent marketing experience in a related industry (advertising agency, database marketing firms, etc.)
2-4 years experience in a digital marketing agency environment working on clients in the service sector
