Summary:

As Marketing Campaign Lead, you'll will work closely with the Global Precision Motion Marketing team to develop the future digital strategy, to include planning, execution and optimization of the entire digital demand generation ecosystem for the Celera Motion business unit. This is truly a unique opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to apply their background in an entrepreneurial environment. You will assist with creating and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company goals. You'll lead the development of marketing campaigns, content and assets to increase brand awareness, generate leads and engage customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Celera Motion digital strategy by applying best practices in owned, earned and paid.

  • Develop best in class demand gen campaigns to specific audiences in alignment with business priorities and marketing /communications themes to draw high-value leads.

  • Develop and manage annual and quarterly digital content calendar, campaigns and NPI activities.

  • Build keyword-driven strategic content marketing plan.

  • Write, curate, and edit various marketing and sales content, not limited to articles, emails/landing pages and collateral for clarity, credibility, social sharing, PPC, and SEO.

  • Liaison with internal or external agency partners in the execution and management of campaign tactics and deliverables.

  • Manage media buying internally and / or with outside agencies as needed.

  • Work with designers, developers and motion graphics to make content ready to be published in various digital formats.

  • Support in the production of reports and dashboards to provide detailed tracking of marketing programs across various channels as well as measure, monitor, and optimize by campaign.

  • Partner cross functionally with internal teams to develop content and foster best practices.

  • Assist with promotional strategies for in-person events, trade shows and webinars.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging and brand consistency.

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the marketing team in creating effective strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Possess a background in marketing, communications or a related field.

  • 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing, content creation, SEO, paid media, social media campaigns, web and community management

  • Expertise in storytelling, SEO and digital marketing tactics for various segments and personas

  • Be able to write clear, concise, and compelling copy, and communicate effectively verbally.

  • Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within ongoing and new campaigns

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 25%

  • Lifting to 50 pounds
  • Standing long periods of time
