Work Schedule:

This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Monday through Friday with variable start times. Weekends PRN as needed to support the team. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Radiology Supervisor- Mammography to:



  • Plan and oversee all operational aspects and activities for assigned sections/modalities, locations and support areas.
  • Supervise all day-to-day operations including the delivery of care, patient satisfaction, human resource management, equipment oversight and process improvement activities.
  • Participate in planning efforts involving space, equipment, staff, systems, services, supplies, budgeting and financial management and future programs and services
  • Ensure that imaging operations are in compliance with prescribed departmental and organizational policies, procedures and strategic values, as well as regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of School of Radiologic Technology Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years of relevant clinical experience Required
  • 3 years of relevant clinical experience Preferred
  • 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a leadership role Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Certification by appropriate body (ARRT) and valid Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire Required
  • CPR certification within 3 months Required
