Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Join a great team in an on-site role that will interact with the Executive Committee, prospective financial advisors, and all departments on the floor. The primary purpose of the role will be to perform administrative and project management tasks.

What will you do?

  • Greet and assist visitors

  • Manage conference room space and conference calendar

  • Process invoices and prepare expense reports

  • Varied administrative work including assistance with mail, distribution lists, presentations and administrative support

  • Purchase/maintain supplies and other items for the floor and Executive Committee

  • Manage projects with focus on planning and delivery

  • Investigate and resolve administrative issues such as unpaid invoices

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Ability to multitask

  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills

  • Strong computer, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good judgment and discretion

Nice-to-have

  • College degree preferred
