Pay Rate: $37 - $40 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties. You'll ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain existing HVAC systems to ensure peak performance. Diagnose and repair malfunctions, replacing components as needed. Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. Respond to emergency service calls quickly and professionally. Document all work completed, including repairs, maintenance, and service details. Provide top-tier customer service by communicating effectively with clients. Perform tasks independently while being flexible and collaborative with team members when necessary.
