Qualifications

8-10 yrs. of QA experience

• Good technical knowledge in Maven, Java, PL/SQL, Selenium, Jira, Jenkins
• Functional skill in Estimation & Resource Planning, Test Design Techniques, Solution Structuring, Test & Defect Management Test Strategizing and Planning, Configuration Management, Testing Execution Techniques, Testing Process and Metrics, Technology Trends and Project Management
• Airlines Domain knowledge (Nice to have)
• Leadership skill in Execution Excellence, Managing Teams, Build Collaborative Relations, Innovation, Effective Communication, Client Focus etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the quality assurance efforts for software projects within the Airlines domain.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Java.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.

Utilize Jira for tracking defects, test cases, and project progress.

Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Maven and Jenkins.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Utilize PL/SQL for database testing and validation.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
