Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking for "Technical Lead/Project Manager" who could join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Job title: Technical Lead/Project Manager Job Location: Denver, Colorado Duration: Fulltime with Cognizant Experience: 5 to 9 years Required Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and video engineering projects. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA), and familiarity with video engineering technologies. * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage project teams, with a track record of successful project delivery. Roles and Responsibilities: * Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution. * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and video engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. * Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. * Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and project success. * Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. * Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need resolution. * Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 12/7/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $83,000.00 - $94,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
