Sr. Specialist, Talent Development

Actively collaborate on the design, delivery, and implementation of talent development programs and projects to successfully engage, retain and develop a diverse workforce, while advancing a culture of trust and belonging.

• Participate in the design, development, implementation and/or ongoing support of one or more enterprise-wide talent development programs and projects
• Act as primary administrator for the Talent Development team. This includes managing course enrollments, attendance, assessments and reports. Including reports that measure the success of ongoing TD programs and projects
• Manage the design, content and distribution of regular newsletters
• Managing and continuously updating our internal Sharepoint site
• Actively facilitate regular organizational health sessions and other learning & development courses both in-person and online as required
• Other duties as assigned

• 10+ years of relevant experience and / or HR generalist experience.
• Ability to influence
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple business teams and HR team.

• Bachelor's degree OR 10+ years of relevant experience required
• HR certifications are a plus, but not required
