Primary job function is flowback foreman for the Midland Division. Foreman will manage and direct all aspects of flowback operations including flowback crew optimization and equipment management and must be self-motivated. Collaboration and communication between completions, operations, and midstream staff is essential. JOB REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of experience in oil and gas operations Supervisory or lead experience Demonstrated leadership in promoting safe work practices High school diploma or GED required Strong communication, mentoring, teamwork and problem solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Valid driver's license EOG Resources is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer including Veterans and Disabled
