JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide EHS program support services with a focus on the environmental and sustainability programs.
* Responsible for inspecting and maintaining hazardous waste accumulation areas and oversee hazardous waste pickup
* Will interact with consultant and regulator on the SCAQMD RECLAIM program
* Will help manage pollution prevention and waste minimization program
* Is involved in Tier 2 reporting, and help implement initiatives from BU sustainability program.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability initiatives into business operations.
* Engage with stake holders, including employees, suppliers, customers, and leaders to promote environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze environmental performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
* 2 years in the field of Environmental, Health, and Safety
* Strong understanding of the California Environmental regulations, such as Southern California Air Quality Management District, Environmental Protection Agency, and local Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA).
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stake holders at all levels of the organization.
