Location: Any Dot location or Remote
Department: Supply Chain
Reports To: Sr. Supply Chain Manager
Salary Grade: $57,951 - $86,926 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a Sr. Supply Chain Network Analyst, you are responsible for creating and analyzing potential supply chain/network changes to increase efficiency and reduce overall cost based on current and future business through the use of third-party software solutions and internal analytics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Analyze potential supply chain/network chances to reduce cost, improve service level, and minimize obsolete.
  • Analyze optimal network and product flow through Dot for new and current manufacturer products.
  • Lead and own various projects from creation to completion.
  • Support Replenishment, Warehouse, and Transportation staff on supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Motivation to grow, develop, and learn
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and utilize complex technologies
  • Leadership skills necessary to manage processes
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
  • Effective verbal & interpersonal communication skills


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Experience with LLamasoft software, specifically Supply Chain Guru
  • Basic SQL skills
  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of V-Lookup, macro, and pivot table functions


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel for trainings, meetings, or company events. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train / vendor calls, training, or meetings
