Manager, Information Technology | Enterprise Productivity and Collaboration(EPiC) Are you a skilled IT leader with a strong background in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Exchange? We're looking for an experienced Manager of Information Technology to lead our EPiC team in delivering impactful solutions that drive business processes and enhance communication systems. In this role, you'll oversee a talented group of IT professionals focused on defining, designing, and implementing both new and enhanced information and communication systems that meet our company's evolving needs. You will be responsible for project prioritization, systems architecture integration, and ensuring seamless interaction between new and existing technologies. Your ability to balance technical requirements with business goals will be essential as you resolve complex operational challenges and deliver solutions that align with our organization's vision. Major Accountabilities
1) Directs the delivery and maintenance of quality information and communication systems solutions to support PNW business processes that follow all I/S guidelines and architectures. Ensures client assistance and 7 day per week/24 hours a day support for operational systems consistent with Service Level Agreements and business processes are optimized. Ensures preferred technical architecture and business requirements are balanced to provide effective information and communication systems solutions, sound architecture, and cross-system integration objectives.
