Key Responsibilities

HR Operations and Compliance:
Partner with Talent Acquisition to conduct, manage, and audit background checks for employees regularly
Audit employee records and update HR systems, including background check verification, citizenship verification, job profiles
Produce, maintain, and upload employee HR Documents in Workday
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures

Reporting and Data Analytics Support:
Produce reports related to staffing requests, open requisitions, and positions being filled
Support Data Center HR Leadership with reporting and projects as needed
Collaborating with other HR functions to generate ad-hoc reporting as necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (e.g.,BS in human resources, business administration or a related discipline)
2+years of relevant experiencedelivering HR and Operational activity within a complex organization
Solid analytical and research skills and experience extracting, tracking, and organizing data from various databases for metrics, reports, etc
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, including v look ups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks and deliverables as needs evolve
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
