Genesis10 is seeking a Legal Admin for a 12-month contract position. This position will work in West Des Moines, IA and will work onsite 5 days per week. Compensation: $23.75 per hour, W2. Job Description: This contractor will be supporting the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loans. Physically recording wet signatures, scanning & uploading packets of signed legal documents to retention system. Partner with up to 14 different law firms/ legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads. Will ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy. Required Experience: Legal administration/ support experience Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX Working knowledge of legal civil procedures Must be highly organized Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly) Partnership skills - ability to work with Q/A team Desired Experience: 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
