THE JOB:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Banquet Server to join our team! As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences by providing excellent service and anticipating guest needs. From setting the stage for an event to guiding guests through their dining experience, you will help ensure that every moment is memorable. THE STARTING RATE: $6.78 (automatic gratuity)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and guide them through all phases of their banquet experience.

• Set up and maintain banquet areas, including buffet tables, coffee breaks, and receptions, ensuring they meet the group's specific requirements.

• Provide exceptional service, ensuring all guests are attended to with care and attention.

• Monitor cleanliness and organization of your work area throughout the event.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.

• Break down and clean banquet areas after the event, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stored properly.

• Work as a team with Banquet Management and other staff to deliver seamless service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment such as a resort or banquet setting.

• Excellent guest service and hospitality skills, with a genuine desire to make every guest feel special.

• Ability to multi-task and handle several duties simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, under tight time constraints, and with attention to detail.

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
