YOUR OPPORTUNITY The Stockyards Supervisor manages, analyzes, initiates, and controls all phases of the plant stockyards for a shift which receives, unloads, manages movement, cares, and assesses behaviors of animals in a pork processing facility. This position is a hands-on supervisor role, managing over fifteen employees and coordinating department activities and tasks to complete, improve and maximize movement and care of animals along with workflow optimization and staffing deployment. Ensure employees follow all Company, USDA and FSIS policies and standards as they relate to animal welfare and workplace safety. The supervisor will ensure animal behaviors are assessed, and the animals qualify for processing. ABOUT US At Seaboard Foods, we create the most sought-after pork.
