Overview of the Position: Learn and understand the proper operation of the employee's grinding machine (ID, Jig, and OD). Be responsible for that machine, report any problems to Management. Use and be able to read micrometers, c-micrometers, and bore gauges. Learn and be able to indicate or "zero" parts on machines. Grind parts to the specifications called for on "Travelers". Be familiar with the company computer system, knowing how to "clock" parts to locations and document the required paperwork. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
