Genesis10 is currently seeking a Information Security Analyst- Enterprise Data Loss Prevention with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Perform remediation and escalation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents, ensuring timely resolution of potential data security breaches Compile ad hoc data and generate reports to support information security risk management, ensuring accuracy and relevance Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and enhance compliance with Enterprise Information Security policies, processes, and standards across the organization Update and maintain security processes, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring that they are aligned with current industry best practices Assist with inquiries from risk partners, Internal Audit, and regulatory bodies on EDLP controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Identify potential security risks across the company and work to ensure that appropriate data security procedures, tools, and products are implemented Develop and implement security standards, procedures, and guidelines across multiple platforms and diverse system environments, maintaining the highest level of security across all touchpoints Investigate data security incidents, recommend appropriate corrective actions, and ensure adherence to security standards and protocols Monitor and identify regulatory changes that could impact information security policies, standards, or procedures, and recommend necessary changes to maintain compliance Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education Experience with Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) tools and techniques to prevent unauthorized data sharing or leakage Understanding of security risks and the ability to recommend and implement corrective actions Strong ability to provide security consultation and advice to improve organizational security posture Experience supporting internal stakeholders and security risk management activities Ability to compile data and create reports to support information security management Proficient in analyzing security incidents and recommending remedial actions Desired Requirements: Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA , CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus Experience with security tools and technologies such as DLP, SIEM systems, or Threat Detection & Management solutions Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as GDPR, PCI-DSS , or FFIEC and their impact on information security policies Pay Range: $60-$70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
