Look no further than our Nursing Coordinator role, where you will have the opportunity to support the infrastructure and operations of our Pediatric Capacity Command Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing complex clinical care and ensuring seamless patient flow throughout the center. As a nursing coordinator, you will navigate both the bed management responsibilities in the command center as well as a clinical shift coordinator for the units. You will be the go-to resource for your front-line team, providing clinical expertise and troubleshooting emergency situations at the bedside. As the administrator on call during off-shifts, you will also play a critical role in overseeing bed management, throughput, and patient flow 24/7 as well, escalating any patient/clinical concerns that require immediate leadership awareness. The RN will have the opportunity to attend all RRT/ALPHA traumas and assist in transporting critically ill patients throughout the center. Salary Range: Minimum 48.32 per hour - Maximum 74.90 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
