Location: Carmel, IN or Eagan, MN

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development of leadership programs that integrate the latest in adult learning theories, including experiential learning, coaching, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint skill gaps and developmental needs, leveraging data from surveys, interviews, and performance metrics.
  • Create engaging curricula, blending diverse delivery methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning, simulations) to meet the needs of all learning styles.
  • Design and implement tools to identify high-potential talent and support succession planning, delivering measurable impact.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and HR to ensure program alignment with the company's strategic goals and values.
  • Establish robust evaluation processes to continually measure and refine program effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring initiatives.
  • Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our leadership development offerings continually.



Qualifications:



  • Certifications: Strong preference for certifications in coaching, facilitation, or organizational development methodologies. i.e. SHRM-SCP or PHR and Certified Professional in Talent or Development or Associate Professional in Talent
  • Skills: Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, program evaluation, and familiarity with learning management systems.



Appropriate level will be determined based on experience and knowledge.

Bachelors of Human Resource Administration (required)
Experience
5 years: proven background in leadership or organizational development, with experience in designing and executing programs for management and executive levels. (required)
