THE JOB:

The primary responsibility of the Clerk Admin III is to generate clear and legible scanned images into the applicable system workflow for the appropriate financial shared services area processes. The Clerk Admin III will also be tasked to ensure documents are scanned in a timely and accurate manner, key data into systems accurately and work with sensitive and confidential material.

HOURLY PAY:

$16/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Perform the scan process to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of the applicable Financial Shared Services process.

  • Open, sort and prepare documents for scanning, removing staples, paperclips and rubber bands and unfolding, straightening and combining forms and documents as needed.

  • Create and/or indexes each document in the system, which includes, but is not limited to verify that images are correct, legible and accounted for and confirming statuses.

  • Responsible for organization and filing of documents to be scanned.

  • Maintain storage of documents according to corporate records retention policy.

  • Must have the ability to prioritize based on urgency.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work through high volume and stressful time periods.

  • Ability to manually operate scanners, computer equipment and other office equipment such as a copier.

  • Promote, develop and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal and external customers.

  • Promote an effective relationship between the department, the business unit, other corporate departments and to ensure effective operational processes.

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience
