Document Control Quality Analyst - 1st Shift

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

As the Quality Analyst supporting document control, you will support the company quality program in accordance with applicable management standards, coupled with customer and organizational requirements.

This role is open to candidates based remotely anywhere in the US.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Coordinate the development and revision process of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), forms and other controlled documents across all functions of our business
• Facilitate the development, updates, and edits to controlled documents; coordinate approval requirements with internal customers
• Serve as a local system administrator for the Document Control System
• Manage distribution and monitor workflow of controlled documents; maintain document database on obsolete, revised, and distributed SWIs
• Issue status reports and conduct ad-hoc performance analysis
• Define quality and operating requirements
• Ensure that new strategies and process implementations meet or exceed customer expectations
• Contribute to a safe work environment for all employees
• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of experience in quality control
• Experience with multiple modes of transportation, including DDS, Truckload, Intermodal and Air

It'd be great if you also have:

• Availability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
