This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to assist Empower to optimize their treasury operations and liquidity management through the use of the Kyriba treasury management system.

What you will do:

  • Take the lead in the Treasury implementation of Kyriba, in partnership with external consultants, internal project managers, and other Treasury team members.
  • Work with consultants and Treasury team to redesign treasury operations processes to enhance efficiency and take full advantage of Kyriba functionality.
  • Document procedures, as needed.
  • Be the SME for Kyriba at Empower, able to navigate, maintain, and configure all implemented modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bank connectivity and SAP integrations issues with Kyriba.
  • Provide user administration and maintain access profiles, including conducting periodic audits of user access in compliance with internal control standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate Kyriba with other platforms including SAP and Blackline.
  • Provide training on Kyriba within and beyond Treasury.
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Kyriba to support Treasury and other Kyriba constituents.
  • Assist in creating a roadmap for future phases of Kyriba implementation based on system knowledge, user needs, and ease/difficulty of implementation.
  • Attend Kyriba webinars and in-person events to build a network of other Kyriba users and Kyriba team members.
  • Lead other projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field including Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems and Finance
  • Minimum 5 yrs of relevant Treasury experience, and 3 years of Kyriba-specific experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury operations processes required.

What will set you apart:

  • Advanced hands-on Kyriba knowledge essential; Kyriba certification preferred.
  • CTP preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of financial accounting principles and financial reporting standards required.
  • Self-starter able to work with limited supervision; willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Collaborative team player who takes ownership, shows initiative, and is eager to learn.
  • Strong ability to visualize and develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Able to train others and help team members learn new functionality of the system; strong communication skills.
  • Responsive customer-service mind-set.

Base Salary Range

$72,900.00 - $102,900.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
