Position Duties:

20% Develop and monitor the football program's operating budget

10% Coordinate team schedules and calendars. Uses TeamWorks to set out team calendar, schedule meetings, etc.

10% Liaison to event management.

10% Coordinate the scheduling of facilities for practices and team events; also point of contact for visiting teams to schedule training time.

10% Oversee or assist in communication with facility management.

10% Plan and execute special events including alumni events, camps, etc

10% Serve as a liaison and point of contact with external groups including fundraising, team parents, alumni groups and coaching associations.

10% Perform other related duties as assigned by the head coach or sport administrator including helping coordinate the Head Coach's private plane usage

5% Assist Assistant Coaches with various duties

5% - Administrative

• Serve as a liaison with Compliance
  • Liaison for football student-athlete's academic progress.
• Assist in the advancing the department's mission, vision, and strategic plan including its commitment to equity and diversity.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous football operations experience.

Preferred:

• Master's degree
• Previous Director of Operations experience, preferably at the D1 level

Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on education/qualifications/experience

Time Appointment: 75%-100% Appointment
