6 Month contract 100% remote, *CST hours* 2 Step interview process samples not required but appreciated *Gamification experience is a plus* Industry: Ed Tech will build and manage community platform within Circle, driving engagement, retention, and monetization through strategic implementation of our System framework. This role is critical to validating our community-driven engagement model as we scale our business across both B2C and B2B channels. Working closely with the Content Leader, you'll transform strategic content frameworks into vibrant community experiences, ensuring Spaces become active centers for skill development, peer learning, and conversion to premium offerings. Implementation & Management (40%) *Implement and optimize the community framework within Circle, ensuring alignment with the broader Power System *Develop structured discussion guides, engagement prompts, and interactive challenges that reinforce Power Plays content *Create and manage community content calendar in collaboration with the Content Leader *Design and execute community onboarding, activation, and retention workflows *Implement and oversee moderation processes, ensuring a safe, inclusive community environment Engagement Strategy & Execution (25%) *Design and implement gamification mechanics that integrate with the Points system *Create milestone recognition programs that celebrate member progress through the Index *Develop targeted engagement strategies for different audience segments *Implement regular community rituals, events, and challenges to maintain active participation *Execute targeted re-engagement campaigns for inactive members Insights & Optimization (15%) *Track and analyze key community metrics to inform content, product, and business strategy *Identify engagement patterns that reveal skill-building effectiveness and learning preferences *Generate weekly insights reports for cross-functional leadership review *Conduct member interviews and surveys to capture qualitative feedback *Develop and refine member personas based on community behavior data Monetization Support (10%) Cross-functional Collaboration (10%) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
