DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Tracks, monitors, investigates and reconciles inventory.
  • Updates process flows and standard work procedures for materials, inventory and/or test software programs.
  • Reports on inventory and quality issues.
  • Coordinates and conducts scheduled inventory audits.
  • Supports inventory write-off processes. Makes recommendations to scrap, convert or retain slow moving and/or overstocked inventory.
  • Identifies trends that lead to inventory discrepancies. Implements process changes for corrective actions/continuous improvement of processes.
  • Coordinates with Internal Audit on Japan Sarbanes Oxley (JSOX) initiatives.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years experience in an automated packaging, distribution and/or retail environment.
  • Good math and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and job assignments.
  • Ability to present a professional image.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Requires developed skills through formal training or work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $24.69 - $34.47 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
