Are you passionate about driving market growth and building strong relationships? TEKsystems is seeking a dynamic and driven Market Development Lead (MDL) to join our clients team. This role is crucial for driving market growth and building strong relationships with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retail outlets to unlock new opportunities and ensure our products reach more customers.
*Key Responsibilities:* *IDP Engagement:* * Analyze market conditions and identify growth opportunities. * Educate IDPs on growth potential and business strategies. * Resolve disputes and ensure top-notch service levels. * Conduct route consults and physical inventories. *Retail Development:* * Support and execute promotional events. * Develop growth plans and visit key accounts. * Resolve service issues promptly and build strong relationships with store management. *Qualifications:* * 3+ years in sales or Consumer Packaged Goods. * Previous experience in DSD highly desirable. * Retail store manager strongly encouraged to apply * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint). * B.A. preferred. *Why Join Us?* * *Impactful Work:* Drive market growth and make a tangible difference. * *Collaborative Environment:* Work with a dynamic team and build strong partnerships. * *Professional Growth:* Enhance your skills and advance your career. * *Competitive Pay:* Earn $35-37/hour with potential for contract extension. * *Travel Opportunities:* Frequent travel to various locations, with expenses reimbursed. *Working Conditions:* * Frequent travel required. (Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Alabama; 7 hour end to end travel radius * Company car provided for travel and all expenses reimbursed * Physical demands include lifting up to 35 pounds. * Driving to stores, warehouses, and hubs. *Additional Information:* * Virtual interviews (2 rounds). * Travel expenses reimbursed. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
