Contract to Hire Our agency client is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Art Director to join their team! The Sr. Digital Art Director will support a national retail client comprised of 11 brands with their email campaigns. Our client has really levelled up their retail client's email efforts as they set themselves apart from their competitors. While the team follows brand standards, they also work with the client to create dynamic visuals and copy to engage the consumer on their path to purchase. This role will provide strategic and critical thought leadership skills and excel in incorporating a connected consumer experience across multiple channels but mainly email. He/she must have experience in creative direction & execution including marketing strategy, design, typography and UI/UX design. He/she must have the ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment. This individual is adept at driving/growing relationships with key clientele, across all levels of the organization all while being HANDS-ON. The Sr Digital Art Director also leads, motivates, and contributes alongside teams of art directors, designers, copywriters, and data analysts. This role will also participate in new business pitches, as well as support other creative teams with their digital design needs that can be comprised of: Microsites, Playbooks, Social Media, Digital Ads, Presentations, etc. Overall, here is what we are seeking in a Sr. Digital Art Director: A professional who comes with extensive email design experience as a Sr. Digital Art Director or Associate Creative Director
