Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact? Staffmark is
looking for a Documentation Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, IN!

Pay: $18/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Review, scan, and maintain daily records from various departments
  • File and organize both paper and electronic documents
  • Ensure the quality system documents are up to date
  • Assist with the documentation of training records
  • Conduct routine record audits
  • Monitor and purchase consumable goods as needed
  • Perform additional clerical duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
