Exciting Opportunity for a Title Specialist! *Position:* Title Specialist

Join our team as a Title Specialist! *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct thorough courthouse searches at Register of Deeds and Treasurer offices to obtain property records and legal documents. * Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries related to file progression and title products. * Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. * Prepare mailings and process new orders received. * Perform scanning and digital recordkeeping tasks to maintain organized and secure files. * Verify and examine titles to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Ensure legal descriptions, marital status, and notary accuracy are correct and match records. * Ensure titles are free from restrictions or encumbrances that may hinder sales or usage. * Finalize title insurance policies for both commercial and residential real estate transactions. *Skills Required:* * Administrative clerical * Lending * Underwriting * Treasury * Banking * Microsoft Office * Customer service * Clerical support * Administrative clerical * Lending * Underwriting * Treasury * Banking * Experience in courthouse, treasury, banking, or Register of Deeds is preferred. * Strong attention to detail. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Comfortable working at a desk all day with little public interaction. *If you are a meticulous individual with a knack for property records and legal documents, we want to hear from you!
