The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for managing a technical service delivery operations team to delivery designed services as part of an Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations team. Responsible for achievement of contractual service SLA's, customer and employee satisfaction. Acts as the main liaison to clients and the global Modis team to ensure projects are running efficiently and on schedule including delivery quality, escalations and budget. May manage delivery for multiple customers and sites in a region or country. What you'll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 3-5 years of leadership or client program management experience is required. Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to seven (7) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or closely with Business Partners and technical delivery using an onshore/offshore model and demonstrated leadership in a 3rd level support environment.
