About Us:
What we offer: * Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 * PTO is offered for part-time employees. Job Functions: According to the mission and vision of Metropolitan Ministries, provides dynamic and responsive technical support and customer service for Effinity Training program. Provides internal and external support for various facets of Effinity, including inventory, reporting, and virtual hosting. Essential Responsibilities:
Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with experience in presentations and training required and/or equivalent experience. Experience with Instructional Design and e-Learning Instruction preferred. Must be knowledgeable in trauma informed care and homeless issues. Skills Requirements: Must be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team framework; strong interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communications skills; dependability; demonstrates maturity and sensitivity to cultural and individual differences in clients served; ability to handle job related matters in a professional, diplomatic, and confidential manner; willing to work with minimal supervision, yet be able to accept direction; well organized and detail oriented. Physical Requirements: Hearing and speaking ability, which allows for effective oral communication; physical and emotional stamina to effectively handle job related issues and stress. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Other: Must demonstrate legal authorization to work in the United States. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must pass applicable pre-employment background screening procedures.
