We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our dynamic procurement team. As a Procurement Intern, you will assist with a variety of tasks that support the procurement process, including supplier management, purchase order processing, inventory control, and vendor communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and procurement management.

• Assist in the preparation and management of purchase orders.
• Support the procurement team in supplier evaluation and selection processes.
• Help track and manage inventory levels and supply chain performance.
• Review and update procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating and communicating with vendors regarding order status, deliveries, and discrepancies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new products.
• Assist in managing procurement data and generating reports for analysis.
• Help resolve any procurement-related issues and assist with maintaining vendor relationships.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining procurement records.
  
  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, and logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
