Description MaineHealth CorporateClerical/Administrative Support Summary: The Behavioral HealthCare Program (BHCP) Insurance Navigator assists both patients and providers to navigate their behavioral health care access, benefits, and claims. The Insurance Navigator is "the voice of the business," and responds to member and provider inquiries primarily through telephone interaction. The navigator is responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to all BHCP customers in a professional manner. The navigator works in a fast-paced environment with a changing workload.
