The Plant HR Business Partners have a dotted line responsibility to this position. Education/Experience Education: BA/BS required, HR preferred or related field, Master's degree preferred, professional HR certification preferred Experience: 10+ Years HR management experience preferably in a manufacturing and/or industrial setting Knowledge: Key exposures in Staffing, Employee Relations, Employee Development and Training, Benefits, Performance Management, Administration and/or Employee Communications. Technical and Professional knowledge. Dimensions No. of direct reports: 1-4 No. of indirect reports: 4 Budget Responsibility: yes Travel Requirements: less than 25% Working Conditions: This is a full-time position. Normal days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work. This job operates in a professional office environment the majority of the time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copiers and smartphones. On occasion work may be performed in outdoor areas where extremes of heat, cold, dust, noise, wet conditions and rough terrain exist. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and smell. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Consideration will be given based on geography, candidate experience, and qualifications.
