Business Group is part of our fast channels team which sits under the US organization. This team is one of 5 business that sits under Video and 3 different groups are involved with FAST including: 1. Content acquisition 3 content acquisition managers that acquire fast channels 24/7 linear streams (Ranges from news channels to sports, and reality) 2. Content team does the deals with those studios. Can range from ABC, Disney, NBC, ETC. 3. Marketing team does a wide range of marketing activities whether it's using their own surfaces. More about the team: -Wide range of marketing activities that they take on within the amazon world. -Small nimble 2-person team currently but looking to grow that. -Team is spread across SEA, LA, and NY. -Fastest growing team within the 5 businesses of prime video. -Launching new content with brand new Job Responsibilities: - Oversee marketing diversity build out on behalf of partners across awareness placements ("hero" placements and digital video and display) - Oversee the creation, procurement, and organization of digital assets, including images, videos, and interactive content, including and especially with content partners. - Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email). Leverage your deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices to optimize campaign performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners. Collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results. - Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements and drive increased engagement and conversions. - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline asset management and campaign execution workflows. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Day to Day expected: -Manage a set of initiatives that is a way to fast channel initiatives -A combination of growing awareness of fast channels (awareness driven marketing) -Influencing product driven marketing decisions (where fast channels might appear in prime video apps, etc.) -Ensuring the marketing created via internal resources and partnering with fast channel providers is effective -Considering how many impressions they will be delivering to program, and how, and what the business impacts will drive -Very interesting full-fledge marketing role -Focus on news content within the next 6 months -Running several initiatives that require follow up on induvial products Interaction level with team: -Partner facing role (need to meet simi regularly with content partners) -Open to any manager style - in terms of how they manage team members -They will be -Comfortable with remote management (as they are managing team members in LA/SEA) -Merchandising manager/product marketing manager - reports to HM but will be checking in with these colleagues to manage Leadership Principles: -Deliver Results -Customer Obsession -Earns Trust Background: - 7 to 10 years working in senior level marketing role - VP of marketing in a Studio/director of marketing in a studio/executive style role Resume Stand outs: -Former VP of Marketing Advertising at Disney, Paramount, or similar -Experience with campaign marketing *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
