The hiring range for this role is:

84,702.98 - 125,376.69

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Responsible for supporting the management and administration of designated projects/programs. In this role, they work with various data and information sources to achieve program outcomes through informing analysis, performance calculations, report preparation, and/or business recommendations. Additionally, participate in program operations, assist in analyzing Plan or program performance, and provide business support for cross-departmental projects. Supports in implementing initiatives to achieve identified objectives.

  • Support administering and managing designated projects/programs. Support the calculation or validation of performance measurement assessments. Collaborates to offer solutions to address routine issues by leveraging available resources and expertise in support of strategic initiatives and projects. Collaborates in the development and implementation of routine analyses, interpret findings, and assist in formulating recommendations to achieve objectives. Support system enhancements to align with business strategy. 70%

  • Execute quality assurance/continuous improvement practices in place. Adheres to BCBSA and industry standards. 15%

  • Connect business units with key stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners. 15%

Requirements and Education

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, information systems, information analytics, health care, OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ Years related work experience in a business environment with analytical and operational responsibilities Required
