Description The ATM Manager is responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, planning, testing, and implementation of ATM/ETM solutions. This role requires a leader with ATM/ETM subject matter expertise that can energize a matrixed team of subject matter professionals in a timely manner for maintaining a well-managed digital experience. Highly visible role that offers the opportunity to lead key projects and develop new processes that will improve business performance and enable outstanding experiences. Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to develop roadmaps and implement technology to support business strategies. Ensure successful execution of compliance initiatives, new products, hardware, software, and security enhancements across all divisions. Manage the delivery and operational integrity of software deployments to the ATM/ETM Fleet via vendor managed services delivery. Below is a list of essential job functions. COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION Partner in management of ATM/ETM servicing vendor and CIT courier relationships, and collaboration with branch operations to guarantee the customer experience is improved achieving desired ATM availability. Work with the Marketing department to establish promotion of ETM benefits, ATM/ETM screen content, and inviting external signage. Evaluate SaaS marketing solutions with preferences and work with vendor on ROI analysis. Collaborate with executive leadership and key departmental leaders to understand challenges and communicate recommendations on new products and vendor solutions highlighting the benefits and risk mitigation. Assist with building business cases, budget planning, and submitting projects for internal review for scoring via internal project process. Participate in annual review of ETM smart station planning. Attend and participate in new branch build meetings working with vendors, contractors on installation and service area requirements and meeting schedule deadlines. KNOWLEDGE AND CURIOSITY Display drive and curiosity to understand business processes and network with business area subject matter specialists to best understand the needs and mechanics that generate new ATM/ETM interactions or process improvements. Keep current on mandatory compliance initiatives and deadlines for implementation. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies around applicable business systems and applications. Be curious, a champion for innovative methods, and seek professional development and growth opportunities. Work with our internal IT help desk to assist and incorporate day-to-day troubleshooting of ATM/ETM issues. SYSTEM MANAGEMENT AND PRIORITIZATION Develop short- and long-term strategic plans for replacements based on age of equipment, available functionality, and end of life service support. Assist with the ongoing analysis of SaaS/IaaS vs purchased equipment. Lead internal IT resources and Vendors on required server upgrades, and troubleshooting issues, in test and production environments. Lead initiatives to build infrastructure with high availability, system redundancy and business recovery, analyzing internal vs external options. Implement enhancements and new teller software. Ensure that machines are in top working condition and in compliance with enterprise hardware and software standards. Analyze vendor reports to identify cash, hardware issues, ensuring that issues are addressed through resolution. Ensure appropriate networks, functionality and connectivity are utilized and vendor service level agreements are fulfilled. Work with vendor partners to maintain the inventory accuracy and readiness of new machines. Complete internal and external required task for additions, replacements, upgrades and conversions. Maintain ETM fleet installation, and ATM/ETM fleet spreadsheets to keep internal and external partners informed. This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
