Reimbursement Case Manager Location: Morrisville, North Carolina (Hybrid work setup) \| Full-Time Are you passionate about helping patients navigate the complex world of healthcare coverage? What You'll Do As a Reimbursement Case Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for patients and healthcare providers, helping them understand and access insurance benefits, co-pay assistance, and other support programs. Your day-to-day will include: * Verifying insurance coverage and benefits across all payer types (private, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD) * Supporting prior authorizations, appeals, and reimbursement processes * Assisting patients with co-pay and foundation assistance programs * Navigating payer challenges and escalating complex cases as needed * Maintaining accurate case documentation and ensuring compliance with program policies * Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted program representative What You Bring * Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred * (OR) * High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience * Experience: 2+ years in reimbursement, insurance verification, healthcare billing, or related fields * Skills: * Insurance verification & benefit investigation * Prior authorization & case management * Knowledge of Medicare Part D and pharmaceutical insurance * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities * High ethical standards and attention to detail Why Join Us? * Be part of a mission-driven team that supports patients through their healthcare journey * Gain valuable experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare access space * Work in a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented environment * Competitive compensation and benefits Ready to Apply?
