There's currently an Enterprise App Support Analyst positions available in New Brighton, MN. This will be hybrid in New Brighton, MN. This person will be assisting with level 2+ application issues and partnering with teams on escalated issues. Looking for someone who possesses the top skills below and must have great communication skills and demonstrate ability to communicate, document and resolve tier II issues as well as facilitate any triage to tier III. Although listed as a contract, we are looking for someone that wants to work within an organization long term. Likelihood of extensions/conversion full time at the end of the contract.
*Top Skills*: 1.Experience providing level II Support, configuration and troubleshooting for enterprise level applications for users in the field and corporate locations (ERP, Concur, Payroll, FSM, etc) -"This consultant will be the Conduit between the field and the L3 team that owns that product" -Embrace shift left methodology where applicable 2.Experience with user access provisioning and applications access requests (setting access, editing privilege rights for role changes, file permissions, etc.) 3.Experience troubleshooting Email and collaboration platforms (Citrix, WIFI, TEAMS, M365, etc.) 4.Experience leveraging IT Ticketing systems with ServiceNow being the preferred option *Description* Essential Duties & Responsibilities: To include, but not limited to the following: *Provide support that meets the high expectations of field and business users *Develop new and maintain knowledge articles to teach helpdesk and level 1 teams *Determine best course of action for users based on troubleshooting *Determine hardware specs needed for client while developing client solutions *Prioritize and maintain issues in Service Now for supported staff *Analysis of software use case to determine hardware needs *Develop fixes for problems, test, revise and document fix *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a better experience for the end user *Act and present self as extremely professional *Develop process with new & existing technology *Test hardware configurations *SME for unique technologies; segment specific *Accountable to operational tasks within all aspects of IT space *Document, test, deploy new hardware/software solutions Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio. *Strong written and verbal communication skills (English). *Experience in responding with the highest level of professionalism in stressful, urgent situations. *A technical understanding of IT networks, Audio/Video rooms, and IT applications. *Proficient, and/or Thorough understanding of computer-related AV applications, systems, and tools. *Excellent organizational skills and analytic, problem-solving skills. *Impeccable confidentiality, attention to detail, and self-organization. *Self-directed and motivated with a positive and willing attitude. *Ability to troubleshoot technical issues while communication with peers & users *Knowing UiPath or other RPA applications is a plus! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
