Posting Date 07/21/2025 2000 16th St,Denver,Colorado,80202-5117,United States of AmericaGeneral Purpose of the Job The Part-Time Clinical Account Manager (CAM) plays a vital role in supporting the successful adoption and ongoing performance of value-based care initiatives within nephrology practices. This role is designed for a hands-on, client-facing professional who provides at-the-elbow support to new practices, manages support cases, addresses escalations, and acts on client feedback to drive continuous improvement and practice satisfaction. The CAM will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Product, Operations, Training, and Leadership to enhance the overall client experience and optimize clinical and operational outcomes. In addition to regular duties, this role includes a dedicated once-weekly focus on Professional Billing support tickets. Key Responsibilities * Provide at-the-elbow support to net-new nephrology practices during onboarding, go-live, and key phases of implementation. * Manage and resolve practice support cases, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution. * Own and address client escalations, serving as a key point of contact for urgent or complex concerns. * Monitor and manage aging support incidents, ensuring progress and accountability toward resolution. * Follow up on client feedback to identify service gaps and inform continuous improvement initiatives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and staff, acting as a trusted partner in their value-based care journey. * Collaborate with internal teams-including Customer Success, Product, Operations, Training, and Leadership-to align priorities and deliver consistent support. * Serve as a strategic thought partner to optimize outcomes and overall client satisfaction. * Provide Professional Billing support one day per week, addressing related support tickets and collaborating with billing teams as needed. Travel Expectations * This is a part-time role with some travel required to provide on-site, at-the-elbow support for practice go-lives and key events. * Travel is generally scheduled in advance and occurs based on practice readiness, location, and go-live dates. * Must be able to travel, typically for 3-5 days per trip, depending on client location and implementation stage. Additional Responsibilities: 1. Other duties as assigned to support the client success strategy and operational efficiency of the team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required 1. 4-6 years of experience 2. Bachelor's degree 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PPT, Word) 4. At least 2 years of project management experience Preferred 1. MBA 2. Process improvement training (Lean Six Sigma, PDSA) 3. Prior experience in healthcare services, practice management and/or working with payers, value based care models, and/or integrated healthcare models 4. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) 5. Change Management Certification TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS 1. Travel up to 30% of the time may be required for wellness checks and implementation support. 2.
