AsSr. Solutions Architect III, you'll provide architectural leadership and technical oversight across a suite of platforms including Salesforce, AWS GovCloud, Azure DevOps, DocuSign, and Mulesoft. This role is critical to aligning delivery teams, enabling DevSecOps practices, and supporting the government in setting and executing a scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Lean Product Management, serve as the "Chief Unblocker" and strategic enabler for delivery teams, and guide architectural decision-making using Lean Agile principles.

What you'll do:



  • Lead the technical delivery strategy across a complex technology stack that includes Salesforce, AWS GovCloud, Azure DevOps, DocuSign, and Mulesoft
  • Serve as the strategic architecture advisor to government stakeholders, helping to define the enterprise architecture vision and guide key technology decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a technical roadmap and architecture runway aligned with product priorities using Lean Agile methodologies.
  • Enable development teams by removing technical blockers, aligning architecture decisions across squads, and mentoring engineers on best practices.
  • Guide the design and implementation of enterprise data integrations across SaaS and non-SaaS systems using Mulesoft, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Architect and oversee solutions hosted in AWS GovCloud, ensuring compliance with DoD cloud security requirements and integration with identity, data, and DevSecOps platforms.
  • Oversee DevSecOps implementation using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins, integrating pipelines with Salesforce and cloud infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce Zero Trust principles, RMF compliance, and secure data flows across cloud services.
  • Create and maintain architectural artifacts and participate in technical design and governance reviews.


What you'll need to succeed:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • An active DoD Secret clearance.
  • 10+ years of technical experience in enterprise systems, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or solution architecture role.Proven experience delivering and integrating Salesforce (including OmniStudio), AWS GovCloud, and Mulesoft in secure government environments.Experience integrating tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, Azure DevOps, AWS Lambda, Mulesoft, and container-based microservices.
  • Experience leading DoD software development programs and providing architecture guidance to government decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices, cloud-native design, and SaaS platform integration.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Product Management, Agile delivery, and portfolio-level coordination.
  • Expertise in designing API-first and event-driven architectures for secure and scalable SaaS integration.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both engineering teams and senior government stakeholders.
  • A proven "chief unblocker" who can manage complexity and facilitate technical decision-making across product lines.


SALARY RANGE: $174,000 - $227,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:



  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:


    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
