Under supervision, the incumbent will work as a Staff Research Associate supporting the clinical research efforts for the Positive Emotion and Anxiety Research Laboratory and Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Disorders Research Center. Incumbent effort will specifically be targeted on the following research studies involving subjects with clinically elevated symptoms of anxiety and/or depression: Pramipexole to Enhance Social Connections. Duties and responsibilities include updating and maintaining several databases; assistance with recruitment and screening of potential subjects; administration of structured clinical interviews; administering experimental protocols involving the collection of symptom, behavioral, and brain imaging data; administering standardized social affiliation tasks and overseeing personnel serving as confederates; assisting with preparing summaries for institutional review board and funding agency progress reports; recruiting and training research assistant student interns on study procedures; and coordination of ongoing research studies. Perform other duties as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $55,374 - $66,064 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $26.52 - $31.64 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
