Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do



  • Sales Enablement & Customer Support

    • Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, presentations, and sample coordination.
    • Track customer orders and provide timely updates to account reps and clients.
    • Organize product samples, prepare client meeting materials, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
    • Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, ShopVox, or Airtable.


  • Prospecting & Lead Management

    • Build and manage lead lists in HubSpot and Airtable.
    • Support prospect research, outreach campaigns, and trade show follow-ups.
    • Execute and monitor CRM/email sequences to ensure timely client communications.
    • Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly lead status reports.


  • Operational Support

    • Coordinate proofing, swatches, and approvals between customers and vendors.
    • Work closely with production and purchasing to ensure smooth order flow.
    • Manage shipping schedules and documentation for on-time customer deliveries.


  • Communication & Office Support

    • Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Manage shared inboxes to ensure timely responses to customers and vendors.
    • Provide general administrative support to keep daily operations running efficiently.

What We're Looking For



  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably in B2B or the apparel industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and lead management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and the ability to learn platforms like Shopify Plus, ShopVox, and Airtable.
