This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will own the design of integrated reports & dashboards in Tax and Treasury area which will be used by global and local business users. The reports will be developed using SAP BW/4HANA, SAC & Non-SAP technologies and supports Finance organization of ABB for Management and external reporting. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining design of all management reporting reports and dashboards along with wider Finance process data and systems and IS teams of ABB.

This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Finance Process Data Systems division in Bangalore, India / Cracow, Poland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Interprets data, analyzes results and provide guidance to the various delivery teams, Guides on the building of reports and dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization. Work with business process owners to define new data requirements, collection and analysis processes.
• Keeps the functional designs up to date with the new business demand and needs Collates and prioritizes business and domain/functional use-cases to architect and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Manages the functional design of user-friendly analytics insights by improving and adapting through continuous solutions delivery, through active feedback from customers and stakeholders. Ensures customer centricity and service excellence for internal stakeholders, peers, and customers. Ensures functional needs based on business requirements are met.
• Contributes to data Strategy and architecture discussions along with the wider Finance Process data and systems team Supports the validation and prioritization of incoming business demand, in collaboration with the relevant demand managers & Lead Architect.
• Drives & performs data reconciliations and identifies the root cause and drives resolution with respective teams, Train business users on various data dashboards & reports built on SAP SAC, BW/HANA.

Qualifications for the role:

• Master's degree in finance or computer science or related field, Minimum 5 Year of experience in Tax & Treasury business process area, in large multinational, with a focus on analytics and data modeling in cloud environments.
• Have worked good knowledge to accounting principal using single Chart of account and applying US and local GAAP treatment in book of record. Understand IT processes including agile delivery and working in team of teams.
• Having exposure to non-SAP data analytics environment like Snowflake will be an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams. A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
